1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "y998", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the y998.bet platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" — the y998 website accessible at y998.bet, including all pages, sub-pages, software, games, betting markets, and cashier functions.
• "User", "you", "your" — any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — a registered y998 player account created by a User following the registration process described in Section 4.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported by the y998 cashier.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to the wagering and eligibility requirements described in Section 8.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is not permitted under applicable law or y998's internal compliance policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the y998 Platform in any manner — including browsing without registration, creating an Account, or placing any Bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with y998's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of the device, software, or method of access used. Where a User accesses the Platform through a mobile browser or any mobile application, the same Terms apply in full.

y998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the y998 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y998 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and absolutely prohibited on this Platform.
• You must be using the Platform as a private individual and not as a professional, agent, or representative acting on behalf of a third party or corporate entity, unless expressly agreed with y998 in writing.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by y998 for breach of these Terms.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

y998 employs age-verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be underage, y998 will immediately suspend the Account, void any Bets placed, and return deposits after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino products on y998, you must register a personal Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• Your current residential address within your jurisdiction of residence.

You are obligated to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. y998 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. y998 may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity verification documents including a copy of a CNIC, passport, or utility bill before processing any withdrawal request.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y998 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

y998 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify y998 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. y998 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected Account pending investigation.

y998 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security and is available free of charge from within your Account settings dashboard.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

y998 supports the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on y998:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the cashier page within your Account and may be updated from time to time.
• y998 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which y998 accepts no liability.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. y998 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the y998 compliance team.
• y998 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Deposits made to y998 are for the exclusive purpose of wagering on the Platform. y998 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

7. Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the y998 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These product-specific rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. y998 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed Bets except in circumstances where y998, at its sole discretion, determines that a manifest error in odds has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in quoted odds or game outcomes — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — y998 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• y998 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, event, or game at any time without prior notice.
• Live in-play Bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. y998 accepts no liability for delays between on-field events and the live odds update displayed on the Platform.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after Bets have been placed, settlement will follow the specific rules for that sport or product as published on the Platform.
• Winnings from settled Bets will be credited to your Account balance promptly following official result confirmation.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

y998 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all y998 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who meet the specific criteria for each promotion.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• y998 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other strategy y998 considers to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y998 Platform. y998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to void any associated Bets and forfeit any Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, games, or data feeds.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which Bets are offered.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to circumvent risk controls.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the y998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game mechanics, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of y998 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of y998.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y998 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, or statistics.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond y998's control.
• Delays in the settlement of Bets due to data feed failures or third-party result verification delays.

Where y998's liability cannot be excluded by law, y998's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

y998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage Users to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within every y998 Account, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers — receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform directly from your Account settings without requiring contact with support.
• Reality Checks — periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during your current session.

13. Suspension & Termination

y998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if y998 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Account is being used for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, y998 reserves the right to void all pending Bets, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of a compliance investigation. Where an Account is closed without fault on the part of the User, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method on the Account.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User.

14. Privacy & Data

y998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at y998.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

y998 may share User data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. y998 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y998 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through y998's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

16. Amendments

y998 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y998 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
